Ingredients:

1 Bowl Greek yogurt

1 Banana

As Per Taste Rock sugar

1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

10-12 Pieces Walnuts

Procedure:

In a high-powered blender, combine all of the ingredients.

Blend until the mixture is absolutely smooth. As needed, taste and adjust the rock sugar. Blend once more.

Freeze for 40 minutes after pouring the contents into popsicle moulds and insert a wooden skewer into each popsicle mould. Freeze for another 4-6 hours or until solid,

Dip the moulds in a glass of hot water to remove the popsicles. Remove the popsicles from the freezer and serve right away. The popsicles can be frozen for 3-4 days in an airtight container.
