Is there such a thing as too many berry smoothie recipes?
No, I don’t believe so!
This berry smoothie mix is one of my all-time favourites, so I decided it to share this one with all of you too!
Within a few minutes, this refreshing berry smoothie creates a delightfully tasty and incredibly nutritious drink. You simply dump everything, blend and go!

So, without further ado, follow my easy step-by-step directions to make a vitamin- and mineral-rich smoothie whenever you want a power

packed boost of nutrition!

 
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Almond milk (1 cup)
  • Blueberries (4-5)
  • Raspberries (4-5)
  • Yogurt (1/2 cup)
  • Frozen banana (1/2)
  • Chia seeds (1 tbsp)
  • Honey (as per taste)
 

PROCEDURE:

  • Add 1 cup almond milk and half cup yogurt into the blender.
  • Add blueberries, raspberries and a frozen banana to it.
  • Blend it well.
  • Add 1 tbsp chia seeds and mix properly.
  • Add honey as per your taste.
