Smoothie – Mixed Berry Delight

Is there such a thing as too many berry smoothie recipes?
No, I don’t believe so!
This berry smoothie mix is one of my all-time favourites, so I decided it to share this one with all of you too!
Within a few minutes, this refreshing berry smoothie creates a delightfully tasty and incredibly nutritious drink. You simply dump everything, blend and go!
So, without further ado, follow my easy step-by-step directions to make a vitamin- and mineral-rich smoothie whenever you want a power
packed boost of nutrition!
INGREDIENTS:
- Almond milk (1 cup)
- Blueberries (4-5)
- Raspberries (4-5)
- Yogurt (1/2 cup)
- Frozen banana (1/2)
- Chia seeds (1 tbsp)
- Honey (as per taste)
PROCEDURE:
- Add 1 cup almond milk and half cup yogurt into the blender.
- Add blueberries, raspberries and a frozen banana to it.
- Blend it well.
- Add 1 tbsp chia seeds and mix properly.
- Add honey as per your taste.
